💡 SUGGESTED USE
📌Replace the filter according to the operating hour interval (generally 250–500 hours, or every oil service).
📌Use genuine microfiber filters or OEM equivalents from the pump manufacturer (CIFA, Putzmeister, Zoomlion, SANY, etc.).
📌Use a filter with beta efficiency ≥ 200 or 1000 for maximum protection.
📌Avoid using regular paper filters—they can't withstand extreme pressure and temperatures.
🛠️ HOW TO USE
📌Installation:
- Turn off the unit and release the hydraulic pressure.
- Open the filter housing, remove the old element.
- Clean the seal area and filter seat.
- Install a new microfiber filter, paying attention to the flow direction (usually marked with an arrow).
📌Operation:
- Turn on the system slowly.
- Check system pressure and leaks.
- Monitor the differential pressure indicator (if available).
📌Maintenance & Replacement:
- Differential pressure increases
- The system becomes slow or noisy
- Oil looks dirty even though it's new
- Dispose of used filters according to industrial oil waste procedures.
